Introduction to Prend Capital

As the demand for a sustainable future grows, there is an unprecedented amount of capital going into renewable energy. Prend Capital is a boutique strategy consulting and advisory firm that connects global capital with investable opportunities. We work with governments and the private sector to build public-private partnerships that leverage technologies to create robust infrastructure, smart cities, resilient food systems, digitilization capabilities, decarbonization initiatives, and more efficient agricultural practices. 

We prepare companies for their capital raise and market entry. Our advisory group guides you through capital raising and impact measurement and management.

Our Team

Lenard Moxley

Lenard Moxley comes from a renewable energy policy and finance background. He holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). Lenard grew up in New York City and speaks Macedonian and French, and is conversational in Spanish and Serbo-Croatian.

Eliza Prendzov

Eliza Prendzov is a distinguished leader and innovator in sustainable finance and infrastructure partnership building. Eliza is the CEO and Co-Founder of Prend Capital, She is an expert in global partnership-building and has over 20 years of experience in consulting, asset management, finance, impact finance, sustainability, government, and multilateral relations. Eliza’s prior experiences include Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley (formerly Smith Barney), the United Nations, and the Biden presidential campaign, Eliza holds a Master of International Relations in Finance and Banking from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), and is a PhD Candidate in Economics at American University College Skopje. Eliza and her family reside in New York.

Charles Moxley

Charles Moxley is a finance industry professional with several years of experience in asset management and a skill set in financial analysis. He holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). Prior to this, he worked at Gabelli Funds, a leading boutique value investor. Charles’ expertise lies in the capital markets, and has extensive knowledge of the electricity and energy markets. Charles grew up in New York City and is fluent in English, Macedonian and French, as well as conversational in Spanish and Serbo-Croatian.
